Pete rang before arrival and gave us some advice on what the problem might have been. After a few questions he was able to give us a quote for what might need to be completed. He arrived on time and got straight to checking all the things to confirm the work he needed to do.He identified the problem quickly and was able to provide a fix for us to get hot water going again. I couldn't recommend Pete highly enough and found the service he provided top class. He completed it all within 90 mins and said to pay him the next day when we were sure the fix had worked which it had ! Fantastic Service.

This was requested for my mum who has dementia. Anyone who has experienced dementia will know it is not easy to manage. Apart from the technical success ( the heating is working) the care, compassion, understanding and good humour with this job was undertaken was outstanding. Particularly in the current circumstances . Use this company. Above and beyond does not describe it.

A ridiculously good service from this company. So, my tenant flooded my property and actually stole the boiler, we were heartbroken! I called a few companies but my calls fell on deaf ears. One call to Combicert and everything was taken care of. Literally within the space of a few hours things were happening and within 3 days my place was as good as new. Peter passed on some phone numbers and everyone I called sprang into action as Pete called in a couple of favours from friends in different trades. I don't know what to say - Peter - I love you! If you are reading this and have any doubts about this company then just take a chance on these guys. Phenomenal service, a really great guy and it cost much less than I was expecting. Brilliant, you have restored my faith in humanity xx

Called Pete on a sunday at 2pm and he arrived at 2:30. Quickly fixed the damaged pipe which was in a really awkward place and charged us £80. Called me the next day to check everything was OK. 5 star service from a gentleman who I will be using again.

I chose Combicert to install our new boiler after reading lots of reviews about these guys. Overall I would say I am extremely satisfied with the service offered. We paid £1500 for our new boiler and that was approximately half the cost quoted by British Gas and was £150 cheaper than the next best quote. They did everything I wanted them to do and were very tidy. Started @08:30 and left at approx 5pm after having a good clean and hoover after themselves. Very pleased and I would use them again. Well done lads.

Friendly, polite, professional, I would certainly recommend Peter to any one. I basically have had a really crap service from many big companys and was getting sick and tired of being ripped off. I contacted Peter for some advice, he came out to take a look the next day and decided to sort my gas hob out there and then, baring in mind it was 8pm at night.
Although it wasnt a huge emergency the fact our gas hob wasnt working, particularly at the moment with being in lock down, was very frustrating for us, especially after we had been given contradicting information from different companys.Peter was very thorough and professional and and I was so pleased with how quickly he fixed it for me.
Everything was explained to me, he even checked it over and over again, he was extremely efficient and I am so glad to of found someone I can trust. You have gained a customer for life.
