2. Quotation and Payment

All quotes provided are estimates based on available information. Final pricing may vary depending on additional works or unforeseen circumstances. Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, and bank transfer. Late payments may incur interest or collection fees.

3. Appointment and Cancellation

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Health and Safety

All engineers are Gas Safe registered and follow strict health and safety protocols. Customers must not attempt to interfere with installations or repairs and must ensure the property is safe for engineers to work.

7. Complaints and Disputes

If you have concerns about our services, please contact us promptly to allow us to address the issue. We will aim to resolve disputes amicably and fairly.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Shropshire.
